Hiya everyone! This is my 2nd time at this. But this time outside running. It’s very different. All the bumps under your feet and up slight hills & downwards running adds a different ache to the legs. I’m embarrassed to say I got to the end of the last C25K went to LA and got out the habit, didn’t pick it up again and I’m about a stone and a half heavier 😬🙄☹️
But I’m trying again W2R2 completed.

Running outdoors is amazing and probably keeping me sane atm. You develop muscle memory for running on rough ground which improves balance and decreases the risk of falling.
This time, don’t allow yourself to drop out. You can do this!👍🏃♀️👍
