I forgot to post but did this run yesterday. Another glorious day and although I didn’t find it overly easy, I kept it slow and kept going. I really enjoy the cool down so I kept walking the long way round home and did just under 4 miles.
The paparazzi hiding in the bushes snapped me as I neared home!
