If you found W1 R2 really hard please don’t give up! I found it so difficult, I really struggled. I was so apprehensive about todays run. But reading all the great stories on here, the desire not to quit and all the support made me get out there.... and I’m so glad I did.
So if your reading this after a really hard run please keep going. You can do it.
R3 was definitely easier. When the half way bell rang I was further round my route than on my previous runs and I suddenly realised I’d picked up my pace and hadn’t even noticed 😊. The second half I actually managed to run/jog with a smile on my face. Still nervous for week 2 but feeling positive.
