Ok! Am on W3! Would you believe that! 3 min sounded daunting, but they were actually a breeze! I put it down to my ultra-slow speed! But that’s ok!

I also switched voices from Sarah Millican (love the north) to Jo Whiley, and her suggestion - that behind a hedge an onlooker shouldn’t be able to tell if your walking or running - helped.

Getting up to run was the hardest thing about today’s run! Back ached a bit, but that’s normal. Ankles, calves, feet were fine. Did stretches afterwards and for this had downloaded an app that counts down when stretching.

Thanks so much to this community, NHS and the C25k team! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Well done! Ultra slow is the best way to tackle the programme, and afterwards 👍. It takes many months of slow running and rest days to build running legs. There’s no hurry 😃

The tip about peering over a tall hedge is a good one. When we tire we slump. So, we have to remember to haul ourselves back up. Our heads are heavy. Every so often do a systems check of your form.

Have fun 😃
