Rats! Another Injury ☹️

I’ve completed week 7 and really enjoying myself... but ouch 😣 outside of right ankle is swollen and reluctant to flex, unless I turn my foot in or out slightly. I don’t remember hurting it ... so how long do you think I should rest it for?

Until it is pain free.

Last time I turned my ankle I did not run for nearly a month.

Cycling was fine for my injury, on the advice of a physio, because it kept the joint mobile, improving blood flow (which is relatively poor to ankles) without imposing any weight bearing loads.
