I'm on wk 5 run 3 and its a 20 minute run anybody any tips how to get through it

First and foremost; believe! If you can't believe in yourself, believe in the programme!

It got us all through and it will get you through too! Don't think "oh no, it's a 20 min run" think "wow! I get to run for 20 mins!" 😁

W5r3 is the best of all the runs and you are going to feel amazing when you smash it, and you will!

Yes.

Two mantras for you:

1. every run you do prepares you for the next one. (i.e. your body is prepared for it)

2. the body is ready but the mind is not (i.e. this is a mental test, not really a physial one.)

So ... go at the right pace, nice and easy and you'll be pleasantly surprised.

I did this on Sunday last week and was the same as you! Think of it as 4 lots of 5 mins. Pace yourself and just give it a go. Felt great after Sunday’s run.

Watch out for Run 1 Week 6 tho as I thought that’d be easy 2 days later and it wasn’t!
