W3R3 breathing easier!

Thanks for all the advice here, increased my warm up walking speed and slowed my running and my breathing was soooo much better. Nervous about the step up to week four but terrified of week 5! 😂

You don't need to be terrified about week 5 and especially run 3, the program has prepared you for it, anyway you still have 5 runs to go before that run.

A little tip for you, from now on don't look ahead at future weeks or runs, wait for the instructions from your coach before you run.

Thanks 😄 I know I’ve only just finished week 3 (11 runs as I repeated 2 sessions on week 1 it was so challenging for me) but I am loving this, the coronavirus has a silver lining - I’d never have started this again otherwise!

I think the coronavirus is bringing out a lot of people for exercise and this C25K course, it could be a long time, many months before everything is back to normal the way it was in February of this year, so it's nice that you are doing the course.
