Well actually, not for those about to rock, but for those thinking of, or who have just started Couch to 5K, Good Luck, go for it! It's doable, as I've mentioned before, if I can do it anyone can. Nearly 2 years on after graduating I still run 3 days a week, and I take about 45 minutes to run the 5K. I probably could do it faster but I'm happy with my pace, just going out and enjoying my run. Mo Farah was interviewed on TV earlier this week and he does the 5K in just over 12 minutes, that's just showing off 🙄

Unlike me. I run that slowly I'd have time do do a full impressionist painting on an art gallery sized canvas on the way round 😀
