Messed up... back at it!

I used the couch to 5k and then to 10k about 4 years ago after quitting smoking. Wonderful community and program. I eventually ended up smoking again and stopped running... and now I've quit smoking again and beginning running all over. At least this time I know what I'm in for! Starts today over the lunch hours.
