Ellie's c25k adventure

Whilst the teenagers on an education Sabbatical, the eldest is on her 2nd week of running, so she ran the youngest cycled the spaniel ran his little legs off I ambled along and appreciated the late evening.

Quite a nice day all around 🙂

Thanks nilsam + inner self Enid 🙂 I'm kinda glad she's taken it on herself to get a little active 👍 both girls are keen swimmer's though the pools are shut so this is a good alternative.........
