Hi,

This is so great, week 2, Day 1 with Michael Johnson, great mentor. I am still feeling energised and looking forward to friday. A question? I'm a Walker and use skins for helping with my knees, could I wear them running?

thanks x

Hi! Well done for getting to Week 2 and enjoying your runs!!

I am not quite sure what you mean by "skins". Assuming they are some sort of compression knee sleeves, I think there's some debate as to whether they are actually any help for running, but I don't think they necessarily do any harm - so if they're comfortable for you why not give them a try?

I only know Skins as running legging brand, is that what you mean? If so, I would think they'd work just as well...
