I have gone from graduating on this C25K back in October 2017 to starting again yesterday -week 1 day 1 - this time I’m having to run outdoors. The weather helps and it’s not as bad as I thought it would be.
New commitment to finish this and graduate again in 9 weeks 🤞

Hi Helzhicks71, I'm the same, I joined this forum a few months ago to re-start and then life got crazy and missed a few weeks, so I had to restart my restart 🙈, but I'm at wk4 and now more than ever want to increase my fitness levels and strengthen my lungs and heart muscles. Keep going on getting stronger 👍
