W5r2 just done, could’ve continued running after the first part but glad I didn’t, the second part was a little more challenging but enjoyed it 😊

Great job... yep, you started the run with more than enough to smash the first interval and keep running... but this is about discipline and learning to pace things, so it’s good to see you resisted temptation! Second half challenged you and you rose to it. When you get to the runs with no walk breaks you’ll be better off putting the two halves of what you did today the opposite way round... start off deliberately slowly, saving your energy for the end, and ease into your regular pace. While it’s a good feeling to get to that finish line, when you get to one feeling better than you did at the start it’s just awesome. You’re doing really well... enjoy run 3.
