I'm starting my running tomorrow morning. I usually outdoor swim but as we're not allowed in the water now...here I am. Wish me luck!

Me too! I’ve eaten one Cadbury’s creme egg too many...time to refocus!

Good luck - don't try to sprint it, slow and steady is the way to go!

Welcome. You’re bringing great general fitness to this as an open water swimmer... so this is all about getting your legs conditioned to the high impact work... slow and steady is the key... have a great journey.

Hi I’m also doing this because I’m missing my outdoor swimming. I hope all goes well today 😊

Great to hear from you. I like the peacefulness of the water and I'm a bit sceptical about the body impact of running, especially with the weight I am currently. I'm getting mentally prepared now to get going. Might try some yoga first...get limber. 😁
