I’m so glad I have started back up! I’ve been running every other day and I feel amazing. Today was a little struggle however I think it’s due to running in the morning when I normally run in the afternoon! But I did it! And feel amazing! Thank you for the support in which you have all showed me! I really want to be able to do a marathon later on in the year, I mean a half marathon ahah.

Great job. Sometimes runs are a struggle, and getting through them will build a mindset that’s gonna come in handy for marathon running later down the line... self coaching in your head is a good skill to have.
I’m also an afternoon/evening runner and it took me a lot of mental strength to do a 5k at 7:30 am yesterday... we change things and step out of our comfort zone and these things happen. Running in the morning is likely to be something you have to do for anything with the word marathon in it though, so keep dropping the occasional morning run into your schedule.
Sometimes though, a run is just tough... we all get them... we just have to be tougher than that run... and you were today, so just take that and be damn proud of yourself.
