Flip belt was definitely a "necessary" purchase so a big thank you everyone who recommended it. Feel a lot better after my run this week, aches are fading much faster and I just generally feel better. I read another post about anxiety and I completely get it, I'm the same I always worry about people looking at me and my weird breathing, but it does get easier once you've done it a few times

Glad the flipbelt makes life easier - so much better when you feel you can head out comfortably with all that you need! π
Hopefully as you progress through the program you will feel more confident about running in general and really won't care about what others may or may not think - afterall, we are out there doing something really positive for our physical and mental wellbeing! π
Well done on starting the second week of running and good luck with that next run!π
Thanks, I think it'll get better as I keep at it trying to force myself out today after a terrible night with the baby. I know I'll feel better once it's done but it's still a bit hard pushing myself out of the door π
