Onto the final countdown with just two runs to go before I finish the programme! I never ever thought I would be able to run for 30 minutes but somehow my body is cooperating! Was on the final three minutes yesterday as 'here comes the sun' started playing in my ears- however, the weather didn't seem to hear this as a big rain cloud emptied itself on me haha.
I've always been an outside runner so gyms closing down hasn't impacted me but I'm loving how quiet the roads are now!
The reason I came on was to ask how far people are running in their 30 minutes. Yesterday I did 4.2k which is slightly short of the 5k that the programme targets.
I'm quite a slow runner and don't feel confident upping my pace yet (tried that last week and couldn't make the final 4 mins).
Any advice?
