Graduated last week but want to keep going and try and get to 5k! Repeating week 9 runs for now as a bit nervous of going further yet.

Congrats on graduating! I felt a bit lost without the weekly goals on the app (and Michael Johnson as running buddy) so did exactly same as you and repeated w9run9 for a few weeks. Usually running between 3k and 4K. It really helped. After about a month I decided to do a park run - first time I had ever attempted to run 5k and guess what the training you have already completed in C25k and the consolidating make it very achievable. I remember that feeling too. Consolidate for a few weeks and then you will probably feel like you need a new goal, whether that is speed or distance. Many love parkrun, altho the news seems to suggest that they will be postponed for the foreseeable.

Have a look at JuJu's 10k plan and don't forget to read the post graduation plan.

I graduated a week ago and felt a bit lost as to next steps. However I changed my music list and used “running” app, which allowed me to map and see pace etc afterwards. and quite enjoyed just listening to the music and running. Nowhere near 5k yet, and still not easy, but still doing it....

Consolidation is about relaxing into your runs and becoming comfortable with the duration and distance you are covering...........so you are doing exactly the correct thing.

Create some weekly targets, which don't have to involve going faster or further.
