Yesterday I completed this run and I noticed how although running for 90 seconds the motivating factor was the fewer sequences. More effort less frequently - interesting psychological response. Does this resonate with anyone?

Many of us find this was the case... and I love my lovely long runs now.. relaxed 6K+ runs...
