Good morning all

I did the C25K in 2018, finished it but then had problems with my ankle and knee so stopped running 😞

Decided a few weeks ago to give it another go, have downloaded an app which has C25K and then 5K210K. I am finding it really tough, almost like I've never done it before ! Today I did W4R1 and really struggled, not sure what I was expecting but definitely not expecting it to be this tough again. Need to find some motivation !

Welcome back to the forum and well done on your progress.

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

and includes advice on pacing and minimising impact that may be useful to remind yourself of.

Enjoy your journey.

I found the same thing having struggled a bit with W4R1 on Monday. All my nerves are coming back thinking of the longer runs, even though I know I can do them as I have graduated. Good luck, we can do this again!
