Well I did it I ran wk8 run1, but I slowed to a walk in the same place as last time, halfway up the hill to my house. So I told myself off and ran the rest.
I'm glad I did it and didn't repeat wk7 run3 but I will be changing back to my old route next time as I think the new route is just a tiny bit more taxing for me and I'm not ready yet.
I'm going to beat this!
It was lovely seeing other runners out today, we all said hello but crossed the road so as to be 2 meters apart. Made everyone I bumped into smile as we said hello while avoiding each other.
Stay Safe!
Happy Running!

Well done, Teener2. Making people smile whilst running...double star.
As for a hill at a difficult part of your run...hmmm. You are right change it ...try doing it on as flat as you can then add the hills later (maybe in consolidation runs).
If you were doing your runs on a treadmill indoors you would not suddenly hike up the gradient in the second half of the run.
