So, because of self isolation and not being able to go out once my isolation is over due to having both kids home now (not that I'm complaining) and no one to look after them if I were to go for a run, I have to put my C25K journey on hold until things are back to normal again. I'll probably have to start all over again but I just didnt want to become a couch potato again and go completely back to square one. Are there any other exercises anyone could suggest that would help? Many thanks. X

As they nearly say on mastermind ‘you’ve started so you’ll finish’ , your motivation sounds solid so don’t worry, you’ll do it eventually.
I’m in a similar boat so I am taking up skipping( or jump rope as the Americans say, which sounds so much more sporty than skipping) , great exercise and massive calorie burner, get a rope with a counter on it if you can, calories and jumps,,worth you tubing , and googling. Hope that helps, and good luck!
YouTube is great for exercises. there is cosmic kids for yoga with the kids. Wii fit or Wii dance all good for when your stuck indoors
I've tried the Cosmic yoga with my eldest who's 2....it didnt go so well 😂 I also tried the joe wicks PE lessons but again it went down like a sack of potatoes. I think exercising is going to have to wait until their in bed. If I've got the energy then 🤦🏻♀️ thank you for the advice.
