Where can I find some interval or Farrell training plans please ? I graduated last year and have done 5k since but would like to improve my stamina and endurance

Hello! I recommend the Nike Run Club (NRC) app - excellent selection of guided runs - including some great speed (interval) runs. Happy running!

I don't think you will find structured fartlek, simply because the nearest translation means "playing with speed", which normally take the form of you saying to yourself I will increase to top pace for thirty seconds, or up to that tree, for example.

There's the Bridge to 10k forum here, or you could try the Nike running app. It's a bit American but it has some great plans and coaching
