I will only advise you about R2. It took me a couple of goes to complete and (for me) as usual, the barrier was a mental one. Try to just trust the programme, believe in the advice that every run prepares us for the next one and take it really slowly and I am sure you will be fine. My trouble is that I over-think things, and then have 'the nagging doubts' in my head telling me that I can't do it, and if I listen to them they're right, I don't do it! Good luck with R2,let us know how you get on afterwards.
Bit daunted at first, 8 mins x 2 is a step up. Managed first one, then thought, ok, done it once, can do it again... and I did, ok legs ached but breathing was ok. So chuffed with my bit self, it's all in the mind.... bring on my first 20 min run tomorrow, I'm going to smash it!

Well done! Great Positive Mental Attitude too (but they do strongly recommend at least one rest day in-between runs, so maybe wait until the day after tomorrow before you smash Run 3?)
Hehe, I am being good, one days rest in between, here's hoping we don't get locked down to prevent it...I'm on a roll....
