Managed to do 5 runs in 10 days with no ankle pain. Hurrah. Only doing 1-11/2 miles at a go but still running with no pain.

So do I. I’m not running far but just want to keep it safe at the moment as I can’t get to the gym. Don’t want to push my luck. Stay safe.

Yes. It’s great and I have a route that is put into the country too which means I can continue to run even in these uncertain times. Stay safe.

we can get out into the countryside easily as well so have nice wide open spaces
