How do I continue my progress when the gym has closed. It will have to be road running but I hate that. I love a treadmill.

Maybe start by run/walking to get used to it. The fresh air helps clear my head as well as from the exercise point of you. Hope you start to enjoy the great outdoors. Happy running and stay safe x

I'm the opposite and have only really ever run on the roads but once you get used to it I think it'll change your perception. What is it that puts you off road/trail running?

Lots of lovely immune system boosting Vitamin D to be had outside. Does it have to be road running, can you get to another surface? (Tricky at the moment if you have no car and are very urban I know)

Loving the dreadmill... that’s a new one on me! How’s about forgetting the road and finding an interesting trail to run?

Give it a try & you may grow to like it. Fresh air, space to think, sunshine(when we have it!)observe nature....I don’t like a treadmill, but we all have our preferences. 😀
