First post ...want to celebrate having smashed level 4 this morning.
60 yrs young.. chronic lower back condition and part of my pain control is supposed to be the unobtainable paracetamol.
Running (of sorts)on on rough terrain and hoping that my new lung capacity will also be of benefit if I have to fight this virus. I started 4 weeks ago because I wanted to use the bars on the local park to stretch my back and decided to start Couch to 5 at same time.
Back pain under control. Think I've lost some of my middle and really didn't think I'd finish this week.
Need to say use your parks but take wipes and disposal gloves if you use the free fitness equipment
If I can get this far then anyone can.
