I've managed to keep up my jogging. Mind you I am a slow jogger and I don't mind my slow pace. Once I'm comfortable I may pick up speed, or may not.

I had to start by intervals, since I was off for so long. I started at 10 minutes x2, After I got comfortable it was 10 x 3 with mini breaks. 15 mins x 3 to this week 2 x 20 minutes. I'm getting there. Not sure if I'm doing the right thing but I'm out there lol.

Today was perfect day to do 2 x 20 minutes. All intervals were 5k or more.

This scare of the corona virus has me worried, so I'm trying to get as much of jogging in! Anyone else feel the same?

The healthier you are, the better your body and immune system can cope with the virus.

I'm taking this 'opportunity' to lose some (more) weight and increase my level of fitness, which I'm sure won't be wasted.

Yes, I feel the same. I'm still doing the same jog rest day jog. I know a lady at work that jogs everyday and is experiencing knee or shin problems. I'll stick with my routine, and focus on my diet. I'm aiming to stay healthy too.

I think jogging in the fresh air is pretty safe. It’s if you’re in crowds that you’re more at risk. Stay safe and stay fit x

Yes that's what my husband said. I usually go off jogging on my own. I tried running with a group, but the path was mostly cement. I like the trails, I find it easier on my joints than the pavement.
