Thanks everyone for your replies ππ as I struggled to complete the runs in week 1 (quite breathless due to mild asthma) and I had to abandon c25k after only few weeks in January due to ?tendon damage, I am determined to progress gradually and enjoy the journey - I still can't believe I'm even attempting it!! ππ£πββοΈπ£

You can do this. I was mildly asthmatic before losing weight and C25K has been an important step in that journey. You will need to judge the viable rate of progress and there is no such think as failure, only not yet ready. Good luck.
