I signed myself up for a 5K fun run back when I was on week 6 and after graduating I thought I could tackle a 5K run, but after not having a great consolidation run on Wednesday. I felt rather deflated but everyone offered their support which was greatly appreciated π.
There was much anticipation as to whether the run would go ahead today but it did and I can proudly say I completed a 5K today in 33.45mins π (I was shocked by the time myself too)
