Completed a 5K run today 😆

I signed myself up for a 5K fun run back when I was on week 6 and after graduating I thought I could tackle a 5K run, but after not having a great consolidation run on Wednesday. I felt rather deflated but everyone offered their support which was greatly appreciated 😊.

There was much anticipation as to whether the run would go ahead today but it did and I can proudly say I completed a 5K today in 33.45mins 😆 (I was shocked by the time myself too)

Thank you! 10 weeks ago I struggled with the 60sec runs and now look 👀 truly amazing

Totally agree it's roughly 18 weeks since I completed c25k (2nd time around lost mojo after 1st occasion 🙄)

But the sheer simplicity of this whole running thingy, trainers on and off ya go it's just brilliant 👍

I can’t yet say I’ve fallen in love with running yet but maybe it’s the time of year.... but I’m glad I did it and will try and maintain it

Ohhh I hope so.... let’s hope with all the things going on it doesn’t stop me from running 🏃🏻‍♀️

Noooooooo Boris has said we can leave our houses for exercise just be mindful of where we go 👀👍🏃... So I guess we're ok for now it's not total lockdown yet pheweeeeee
