After completing the 20 minutes of week 5 run 3 (yes!) Had read on here about week 6 catching people out. I knew what was coming and yes it was strange having run for 20 mins going back to shorter runs with walking in between I felt like it was a backward step but Laura said we are consolidating runs now so I thought that's got to be good because that's what happens after graduation! It really is mind over matter, ran today run 2 week 6 so no no more walking intervals so now the real running begins. 25 minutes non stop on Tuesday - big milestone but am up for it trusting the program, it has got me this far - slow and steady π

W6R1 is the longest workout up to that point in the plan.

Yay! Well done you. We are in exactly the same place. I did W6R2 today and doing R3 on Tuesday. Isnβt it exciting, I canβt wait to get back to another run with no interval walking.
