After bit of a poor mental health week...generally feeling very overwhelmed by a variety of pressures out of my control, and really struggling to complete any of my runs, I took to the street determined to do W6R3 and run for 25 minutes non stop. And readers, she did it!

John_W recommended the slow jogging video on YouTube...look it up...and I channelled that lovely Japanese man all the way along the seafront. I even sped up at the end when Laura said I could!

How were your Sunday morning runs? Xxx

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 6, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, onwards and upwards to 7.

Well done! Keep trying to fit in time for your runs if you can. A really good achievement today with the determination that you'd do it!
