After bit of a poor mental health week...generally feeling very overwhelmed by a variety of pressures out of my control, and really struggling to complete any of my runs, I took to the street determined to do W6R3 and run for 25 minutes non stop. And readers, she did it!
John_W recommended the slow jogging video on YouTube...look it up...and I channelled that lovely Japanese man all the way along the seafront. I even sped up at the end when Laura said I could!
