I’ve just completed week one. I tried c25k a year ago and didn’t even get through the first one minute run, so really pleased with myself. In terms of stretches do you guys do them before and after each session?

I do dynamic stretches before I go out. They're easy to Google and just make sure all your joints go through their full range of movements and open out your chest and lungs.
I try to do statistic stretches when I get home. They stop the aches.
