Week 4 was when I really started to enjoy the programme and notice a difference in myself both physically and mentally, keep doing as you have been and believe in the programme and you'll do this, keep it slow and stay hydrated are my best tips also I found listening to funny podcasts better than music at this stage

I think it's satisfaction after completing a run rather than enjoying it during at times! But it grows and as you go further and gain miles there are beautiful serene moments when you run. You finish longer distances without being out of breath too much. If you like sport then 'Don't Tell me the Score' podcasts on BBC Sounds are great. I prefer to run with no music or sound personally.

I’ve found podcasts are great. There’s the Runpod which is good but there are lots of other types of podcasts out there that you can have a listen to and see if there are for you. Good luck.
I’ve just done week 3 3rd run and feeling pretty good Tuesday is my next run looking forward to the challenge tbh of week 4
