Well it's only been a couple of weeks since we did our final week 9 run and graduated and we have pushed on and are now doing 45 minutes without any problems.
The weather was much cooler today with a chilly breeze blowing - a nice change from those very hot and humid runs a few weeks ago.
Won't be long before we can hit 60 minutes. And the pace is improving steadily as well.
Just need to stay injury free and not get sick.

Great achievement, but are you following some kind of plan or guidance.
The 10% rule, which is explained in the guide to post C25k running healthunlocked.com/couchto5... is a good way for new runners to avoid doing too much too soon and ending up injured.
Remember it is not what you can do that is your basis for running, but what your body is conditioned to do. We are all capable of doing way more than our bodies are conditioned to do, but not without increasing our injury risk. Sticking to gently progressive training plans is the safest way to push our limits, whilst gently increasing our resistance to injury.
