That's a great pace that will only come down in time. If you mix up some runs and go slow and steady at times too you'll see great benefits. Well done!

Don't expect your pace to increase much in the next couple of weeks.
The recommended pace for C25k is an easy conversational pace, not pushing hard.
FYI the graduation requirements are that you do three 30 minute runs in a week, distance and pace immaterial.
