Just did my first park run for my first consolidation run. Was very nervous beforehand, I don’t know why because I knew I could do it, I just don’t like the unknown I think! And was nervous to run will lots of other experienced runners. But I actually really enjoyed it! Wasn’t brave enough to stick around and chat afterwards, maybe next time!
