We did a 2 hr early drive , sun was shining so had to get out there pre- breakfast. The first 10 minutes were not good. Legs did not want to work but just kept on and settled down to enjoyable snail pace. What is it about the first 10 minutes???
30 mins done so walked for 2 mins then ran another 5 mins at a faster pace. Is this interval running or am I just making up my own plan? Whatever, I enjoyed myself and my smoothie to finish. 🏃♀️

🤣I wish the toxic 10 was not!! I did enjoy it and that’s what counts. Hope you are not under the weather- Spring approaching so that might help. Just enjoy the fresh air even if the running is not tops 😊👍
Glad you are fine. I guess we all have our ups and downs. I just found a podcast called RunPod Club by Jenni Falconer and that’s been a nice podcast list to work through with lots of celebs and others talking about how they got into running etc. They all talked about how they found running for one minute was a struggle at the start. Very reassuring given where we are now! 😊
