Week 2 done. Phew. Had a week and half out so thought I'd start from r2. Anyways r2 and r3 done. Looking forward to week 3!!!!! Not but I laugh. Running for three minutes. Shall bring it on and if needs be repeat. Eat sleep week 3 repeat :)

Week three commences either Sat or Sun morning.

I can but say though that I'm ho early looking forward to it although whether I'll get through it.

My philosophy as was explaining to someone the other day who was held back for a karate exam.

Life is a journey and on that journey there will be many choices to take twists and turns. Sometimes there are barriers that slow us down. Perhaps cause us to stop for a period of time. But there are also straight roads ona journey and at these times you can make real gains.

I have been in a rut for a while fitness and health but that barrier is lower and I can feel my journey beginning to get easier. Less knee problems although ache weight dropping off. Shall keep on the straight bit of road for while longer hopefully but if I do come across the level crossing then waiting patiently for the journey to start again is fine.

Apologies just a bit of an Incite into my thoughts

When my motivation is flagging I recite to myself the benefits of putting myself through this, including exercising my determination muscle.
