I started out in sunshine and debated with myself about taking the waterproof off, luckily I kept it on. It was windy so I was glad I had a hat. At the point furthest from home I get hail!! Forecast said rain later. I did keep going and did the 3 lots of 5 minute runs but I was slower than week 4 run 3. At this rate week 9 will take days to complete each run

Never worry about the pace going up and down... we're not robots, and there are plenty of reasons why times fluctuate. I tend to run slower when I am best prepared for a run... and my faster times tend to happen when I go out despite not wanting to....*shrug*
I feel you! I think I go slower each week 😂 in w5 run 3 i went nearly the exact same distance all running as i did in w5r2 with a five minute walking break in the middle... but we will get there! Slow and steady wins the race
