That feels even more of an achievement than W5R3.

Slow legs getting started, but after 10-15 minutes I got into a rhythm, and when Sarah said speed up in the last minute if you want to, I found I could!

I post a lot on here about my sense of achievement, but really to think that in six weeks I've gone from being a non-runner to comfortably - albeit very slowly - running 25 minutes feels amazing.

Great job... and less of the “slowly” you’re running comfortably, the way we all should most of the time no matter how experienced we are. Keep it comfortable and enjoy each and every run.
