So I’ve just completed W6R3 - and boy do I know about it! Well chuffed for getting 25 mins under my belt though and managed to run 4.19k to boot! That’s not the reason for the post though, as the title suggests! With one minute left, MJ tells me that I have 60 seconds left, and suggests that if I have the strength try going faster for the last minute. Upon hearing this i bleated out Fx@! Off! (apologies for the profanity) the poor dog walker I was passing at the time must have thought I meant her, so if by any chance you are reading this... sorry, it wasn’t you I was talking to it was Michael Johnson!
