GRADUATION TIME

Well thats it. I have completed C25K never thought I would do it but I have and thoroughly enjoyed it along the way. I can say I am a runner and an outdoor runner at that! I still like the treadmill and will continue to use it but outdoor is a different experience so don't be scared to go out and about. This forum has kept me going so thanks for the encouragement along the way, it is a big help. Now to get that Graduation badge.......
