The couch am only on week 2 at the park as its more difficult and I am helping a friend who is doing it for charity and I am managing on week 4 in the gym too funny! I just managed it last year and then had a few things happen, lost my thought process and ended up putting on weight again! and so off we go - but thanks feel motivated
