Well, I did it. Week 8 run 1 and I feel it was the support from all the replies on this forum that made the difference. I made an effort to slow my pace a bit and it worked perfectly. 4.3km in 28 minutes is certainly good enough for me. 😊

Well done - I only managed 3.9k on run2 of wk 8, but just happy to have got this far
