Well this morning I completed wk 6 run 3, and am finding my breathing is getting easier bit by bit with each run.๐
This may seem obvious, but to me this is amazing. Only 6 wks ago I was left gasping after the 60 seconds runs and now I am managing to run for 25 mins continuous.
This really is a very well thought out program, if any new runners have doubts, I woulds say just keep faith and keep going.
