Breath easy?

Well this morning I completed wk 6 run 3, and am finding my breathing is getting easier bit by bit with each run.👍

This may seem obvious, but to me this is amazing. Only 6 wks ago I was left gasping after the 60 seconds runs and now I am managing to run for 25 mins continuous.

This really is a very well thought out program, if any new runners have doubts, I woulds say just keep faith and keep going.

Good luck everyone.❤

I’ve just done week 5, run 3 and was saying the same to the group. We found 60 secs hard at first but the programme obviously works because we ran for 20 mins today. Well done to you 👍

great post Harrishawk ...I remember the early days, puffin and panting my way through, worried in case a passerby might just ring an ambulance seeing my pink face and my lungs trying to escape but then suddenly, I don’t even know which run...my breathing was slow and steady...I was breathing like the other runners I saw! I think I even posted about it too! C25k is amazing and allows amazing things to happen!

Thanks.

I have not attempted a run in public yet, all runs on treadmill so far.

But with the weather improving, hopefully I will brave it soon.😊
