No I did not forget to brush my teeth this morning!! It was so fresh I actually saw my breath today even though the sun was shining. I feel the season has started to turn and my warm up walks will be getting faster.
Planned a longer route today as I'd underestimated how far I would get on my last run and was really happy when Sanjeev said I'd done five minutes..where did that go? Then I thought..that's less than a quarter of the run..so I stopped thinking about that and concentrated on my Sherlock Holmes podcast.
Another plodding run but a run completed, no puffing or panting and no aches or pains so I'm well chuffed! Hoping the next couple of weeks will allow me to step up my speed maybe I need to change to a bit of rock boniobiscuits?? π€

You definitely need a playlist with a decent beat for sure
I enjoy a podcast when I'm walking (The Guardian long reads are a favourite and worth checking out) but for running I definitely need something with an attitude that makes me feel sassy and invicible!
Well done on managing an early morning run after having a glass (+) of wine last night, that is absolute dedication to the cause

I had a listen to some running playlists so will definitely try them, see if they help with my pace especially as this week is straightforward running πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ
