Just Completed WK6R3, I’m a Runner!!

Just got in having completed run 3 of week 6 ! 25 minutes non stop running! I can’t believe I actually did it, and how much distance I ran, something I never thought I’d do in a million years. To anyone dreading this run, keep a steady pace and you’ll do it....if I can anyone can 😀
