Feeling very pleased, managed run 2 ( ok still very slow jog - but that's ok for me ). My front thighs were a bit sore after run one, even though I stretched after run one. Stretched even more tonight. Hoping it does the job.
Still cannot image jogging more than 60 seconds!

Congratulations on starting C25K with runs 1 and 2 of week 1, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, if you don't for the moment want to run longer than 60 seconds repeat week 1 as often as you want until you are confident enough to go onto week 2.
I’m at week 7 and jogging slower than I started in week 1. So do what you can, and if you couldn’t hold a conversation during your jog slow down. Laura keeps reiterating that finishing is more important than speed. That being said, use your judgment about when to stop. Injuries are hard on determination.
Well done! You should feel pleased with yourself. The 5 minute walk should warm up your leg muscles and the stretch at the end should stop them aching the next day.
But it shows your muscles have been working if they're complaining 😁
