That's the initial 30 minute run completed.

We suffered hail storms earlier today, but I'm happy to report I completed my run without any form of precipitation.

I actually did 32 minutes as it took me to my home address. 4.2km. I never thought I'd be doing that when I joined the regime in January.

I figure if a 62 year old overweight guy, who hasn't run for over 45 years can make it this far. Anyone who is determined can.

Fantastic, well done! Doesn’t it feel like a piece of magic when you finally run for 30 mins (or 32!) non-stop?! Keep up the good work, and continue to reap the benefits! 👏👏👏
